Just use Cronometer. Theres an app as well.
The default settings are pretty decent, but you’ll want to adjust for factors such as activity levels (sweating people need more sodium), sex (menstruating women need more iron), size, etc.
You’ll also want to enable some important nutrients that are disabled by default, like iodine.
MyFitnessPal app, perfect for this. Input what you eat, you can even scan barcodes, then everything is tracked including calories, macros and all nutrients. You can set targets too specific for yourself
