I want to fast for a variety of reasons I'd rather not disclose, but weight loss isn't the primary one. I'm nearly 19 F, 5'3/161cm and currently 104 lbs/47kg. The only deficiency I know of is iron.
As a noob it would be nice to hear what a dedicated community thinks. Would it be fine to fast, and if so, how frequently or which intervals should I follow?

IMO, a fasting window might be best for you . Even OMAD . you will have to be careful to get high quality nutrients in your meal. you have a low weight. but if you have a cancer risk or inflammation fasting can help . you will have to work harder to not lose weight.
