I’m 36 hours into my first dry fast. I’m a very experienced water faster so I’m feeling fine so far. My question is, I only want ti lose about 12lbs and keep it off. I’m 6’3 M sw201 gw189. What would be a good dry fasting Schedule for me?

Aup man, welcome to dry fasting, I’ve just finished my latest one. Actually started from a similar point. I’m 6’1 started at 202, dropped down to 181 after 7 days (4 days soft, 3 days hard). Now sittin at 188 after 1 additional day of water fasting and conservatively refeeding for 2 days. Regained 6lbs purely by reintroducing water. Keep it up, it’s absolutely worth it, feels like I did a major upgrade on my whole system.
