I've been doing IF for about 6 months now (keto off and on before that for a few years) and had some success but nothing like this past month with prolong fasting. Prolong fasting has been incredible to say the least. I've so far done 2 day, 7 day, 2 day and now finishing a 4 day fast. My blood pressure was border line, I had insulin resistance so probably close/or was pre diabetic. Now my blood pressure has dropped into the normal range 119/80, my sugar has leveled out and I just feel great.
So here's the point of my post, I've dropped 21.2 pounds in a little less than a month. That is MIND blowing to me. I've been stuck at the same weight for about three years and now it's like poof! Gone. I supplement electrolytes, I workout 4-5 times a week and I eat a very strict healthy keto diet. Is this level of weight loss sustainable?
I've got another 15-20 pounds to go which should put me at 175-180 pounds. 40 year old male.

It’s complicated but really, if you’re sticking to low carb with fasting peppered in, the weight will keep coming off. Honestly the biggest concern will be whether or not you’re getting the proper nutritional variety in your schedule

Also keep in mind that some of that weight was water weight and will fluctuate. So your results going forward might look more like \~10-15lbs in a month instead (depending again on your body state when you started and what your schedule actually is)
