Issues with 16/8

Has anyone else had issues doing 16/8 consistently? I find myself going on stretches of 16/8 then 15/9. Im also in the early stages so my body is probably still getting used to fasting in general. 2 weeks in currently. Thoughts/advice/support woukd be appreciated! Thanks in advance ❤

Yes, I definitely had to work up to it. I started by skipping breakfast and then slowly moving my second meal back by like 30 minutes each day. Some days I couldn’t comfortably make the longer time so I’d just go ahead and eat. Some days I feel like I need breakfast so I’ll eat it. Some days I’d decide to just power through even though I wasn’t totally comfortable just to see what happened. I learned that my hunger never really got any worse it just stayed at mild hunger feeling, and usually just showed up at “typical” meal times and then subsided, and I usually did not get any other symptoms, so I started to worry less about extending the length of time I waited to eat. I’d say took me about six months to get where I’m comfortable at 23:1 every day, and am able to do some more extended fasts as well. I also make sure to supplement with electrolytes, which I think helps avoid some symptoms.
