Jiggly Fats.

A personal experience, I am doing a 5 day fast 2 day omad. Frist 3 months is great losing 0.7kg a day when fasting Lost 3 inches a month on average, tummy BUT, for the entire 4th month my weight lost slowed down to a crawl. And even gained weight which bummed me, made me wonder is this the pletu people are talking about here. So I took a note on what I did/ate. The only changes I found are I am extremely thirsty lips started cracking I drank more water then usual. And body fats started to get jiggly. Waist stuck at 42-40 inches and weight lost slowed not even 3 kg lost in a month. Was about to quit decided to do a gamble pulled a poker card , if it's anything but hearts I will quit, if it's a heart I will continue for how ever the number on the card is 1,2,3,4,5 etc.. the card I pulled was the the jack of hearts and I told myself fuck it and go for a month. On the 5th month I got the extreme hunger pang my tummy will grumble even after my omad meal. Water intake dropped To usual. But my waist dropped to 36 inches and weight also dropped at a alarming rate. At the end of the 5th month I reached my ideal weight, but I still when to the doctors. Which explained to me jiggly Fats happens when your losing vercial fat and your subcutaneous fat that was hold on lost it support and thus it jiggle.which is a good thing it's means your body is running out of vercial fat and body is start to switch to subcutaneous fat. Why do I drink more water? Because our body won't burn subcutaneous fats unless it's the last resort thus the subcutaneous fat will hang around and dry up. And our body is rehydrating the fat to burn them . If you have jiggly Fats and think your pletu. NO it's means your on your last lap

0.7kg a day seems very high though. Do you mind telling what your start weight was?

Also just to clarify, you fasted 5 days a week as in 24 hr fasts? And on 2 days a week you’d have 1 meal? How many calories a meal would you aim for?
