Joining the military….

Joining military I want to meet my recruiter again in 3-4 months so I can further my process in joining the military. I need to lose 100lbs within that time. What’s the most effective way to do so. I am 250lbs f and need to be 150lbs. I have already lost 30lbs with rolling 48s but I want something faster

Not sure what you’re doing for refeeds but…..maybe do 72/96hr dry fasts with a 4-8hr rehydrating/eating window of mostly protein(chicken, tuna, steak, liver, eggs) & electrolyte water.

Lose that weight super quick.

Don’t rush the process and be super hard on your body. Your already losing weight rapidly. Incorporate a good diet, healthy sleep patterns, lots of water and exercise and you’ll kill it. There is no secret answer it’s hard work
