Not sure what you’re doing for refeeds but…..maybe do 72/96hr dry fasts with a 4-8hr rehydrating/eating window of mostly protein(chicken, tuna, steak, liver, eggs) & electrolyte water.
Lose that weight super quick.
Don’t rush the process and be super hard on your body. Your already losing weight rapidly. Incorporate a good diet, healthy sleep patterns, lots of water and exercise and you’ll kill it. There is no secret answer it’s hard work
