It’s possible for sure. You can do the rolling fasts like people suggest. Adding onto that you should: stick to only breakfast, refeed keto and do at least 1 24 hour dry fast a week. Think of it like for every one of those things you are able to do, you increase your odds of hitting your goal. If anything, you could nuke 30 lbs in 30 days if you stayed diligent. From my person experience, nothing works better than the dry fast. I only ever do a single day dry in a fasting window though.
I dropped from 225 to 195 last summer doing the sd walking 3-6 miles a day and rolling 48’s in about a 2 months so assume if you do more prolonged fasts and do more intensive work outs you could definitely drop that in month.
Let’s see you can expect a around 1.5-2lbs a day of weightloss depending on your level of activity, however I don’t think you’d be down to fast 25 days I think 20 lbs would be more realistic if you fast rolling 3-4 days
