I’m all the way in. I’ll be doing rolling 3day dry fasts into a 3 day Snake juice fasts with a day refeed/rehydrate before my next dry fast. Calisthenics and Cardio on SJ days and light Cardio on dry fast days.
I’m still pretty new to this and have never done more than 63 hours. I really want to move away from 16:8 and do at least OMAD daily, plus some extra extended fasts, when my schedule permits. Here’s to my first 72 hour in July 💪
