38F, 5’6, sw 208, cw 154, gw 130-135
I’ve been eating garbage the past 2 weeks, after losing 50lbs over the past year. Halloween candy, oven fries, just lots more carbs and sugar. Went from 155-158 between 10/27-11/6 and felt a strong sense of NOPE. Not going back that direction.
Started back with a 16 hour fast, then 18 the next day, and now almost finished with a 20. From here on out I’ll be back to my regular schedule of 20/4, with a free day on the weekends.
And I just weighed myself and lost another pound off of my original, so now 154.
IF is so challenging some days, but the simplicity of the method and having confidence that it WILL work is such a relief. I’m pretty lazy about CICO, hard exercise makes me unbearably hungry - - but I’ve found something that works now and I’m just grateful!

Tempted by a pile of Halloween candy during eating period? Think of all the hours you’ve waited to have food and you choose crap over healthier options. Don’t do yourself dirty like that
IF helped me learn to hate crap food as well as limit my sweet intake.
