I drink 3 liters a day each with a 1/2 tsp table salt and 1/2 tsp No-Salt (potassium). I also take a multivitamin and a magnesium each day. Guilty of using Mio to flavor my water, drink some Diet Coke and some coffee as I’m doing this primarily for weight loss. Currently at 66hrs myself trying to break past my 92hr record and get to 160hrs/a full week by this Sunday night!
