Hey guys! I’m a boy from Malaysia. I am turning 19 in May. My height is 170 cm and I weigh around 120kg (266lbs i think). So I’ve just started my water fasting yesterday (16 April). My aim is to water fast for 28 days. I do not know if 28 days will be enough but let’s just see whether I can make it to 28 days or perhaps go beyond 28 days.
In the past I’ve attempted to do water fasting 5 times in total and most of them failed because I would be breaking my fast at the 3rd or 5th day due to my weak mentality ( I guess ) and some external factors.
With regards to my water fast, I have a few questions in mind that I would like to ask.
1) Can I consume a multivitamin pill while fasting?
2) Can I add a tbsp of chia seeds into my drink while water fasting?

Hi and welcome! 28 is lofty, I’d work up to it personally. Develop the fasting muscle a bit.

Multis would be pointless, I’d save my money.

You can do it, but there’s no need for it. On a fast, the poo comes freely.
