Just Started IF!

Just started on Monday, shocked at how easy it seems so far? Doing 16:8 and find it to be very manageable. SW: 264, GW: 199

16:8 is what I started at and I found it to be really manageable…Id say try to go a month doing 16:8 and if you feel good/still feel like it’s manageable try to get into the 18:6-20:4 range that seems to be where more benefits come in.

My starting weight was 303 just over a year ago, CW: 209. I noticed I had more energy and lost weight at a more rapid pace once I got into that 18-20 range. Currently doing 22-23 hour fasts a day and basically do OMAD with a snack or 2 before or after my dinner.

Good luck though! Don’t push too hard and try to stick with it. The difficult part of fasting is being socially engineered into eating by friends, family, etc when you’re in a fasting window haha
