49F. I've decided to start IF this coming week. Would anyone like to start with me? Maybe if you've been lurking around this sub like I have for a while, this could be your sign to jump in.

I have been doing IF, adding to this thread to ensure I follow 100% time and being accountable to myself for next 4 weeks

Target goals for next 4 weeks

  1. 16:8 IF
  2. Start strength training (2 times per week)
  3. 8k steps per day
  4. Lose 2kg of weight

Do you use a fasting app? The Life program has a wonderful function where you can join circle groups to see what others are doing, send messages to group members & update how you’re feeling the whole way. It’s awesome!
