Hi mate, I find watching YouTube video’s about the benefits of fasting keeps my motivated when I’m feeling hungry. Although, it gets MUCH easier the more you do it, so stick the course!! Also, try not to go for too long period when you’re just starting out :)
It gets a lot easier after a while, even just a couple of weeks should help. You could try going to bed earlier until you don’t struggle as much with the hunger? If you have a hard time sleeping, do some cardio at night :)
