I have similar stats! CW 131, 30sF, and restarted fasting about a week ago with 20-22 hours fasting most days and a longer fast once a week. (Last week was 61 hours, this week—at 38 hours currently—will be more like 40. 36 is the goal, and then I just see how I feel about doing more.) Also low carb/mostly keto.
Progress can be annoyingly slow, I agree.
