Good morning, there is a great post I hope someone saved (I had it saved till I erased my old Reddit account) about how when you work out, your muscles tear down and fill with water. So if you’re sore you’re going to weigh a bit more due to the water.
It was a very encouraging post that I need to re read every now and then when I’m feeling like I feel now. Does anyone have a link to that post? Or, something similar.
Thanks

This classic on exercise-induced water retention comes to mind. By the same author, that one on digestion-induced water retention is highly recommended as well. Combined with period- and carbohydrate-induced water retention, these possibly explain the vast majority of short- and mid-term cases of erratic scale behavior that the average healthy and compliant individual is likely to face at some point of their weight loss journey.
