Can you lose 60lbs in 7 months? Maybe? Will you? I don’t know, no one can tell you that. We don’t know how your body works, how consistent you’re going to be, if you’re going to exercise and how and how often, what you’re going to eat, how you sleep, what your stress levels are… What is the point in asking, are you not gonna try when people tell you that you won’t shed all that weight in half a year? And if there are people who have had such rapid weight loss and yours turns out to be different, what then? You’re gonna be disappointed and give up?
You can create the most rigorous fasting plan and maybe that would lead to such weight loss but who says you’re going to stick with it? The more extreme the plan the less realistic your success.
I don’t see the point in these questions. Just start your jounrey and be realistic about it.
Yes. I started at 252lbs and am currently at 190lbs now and going for 170lbs. I started about 6 months ago. I would drop like 10lbs then take a week or 2 off and eat only to maintain then fast again. The days I fasted were never consistent. Sometimes it was 3 days, 6 days, 1 week, 10 days and the time off to maintain could last up to a month
