Loss of appetite/struggling with exercise

Hi everyone. I have been intermittent fasting 16/8 for about two weeks. It went really well in the first week, but this week I've noticed I'm really off my food - only wanting to eat snacks not actual meals. I also went to the gym and I have been really struggling with cardio - feeling really sick and gassed. I know that my calorie intake over the last 2 weeks has been high - about 2000 cals a day as I'm adjusting. Any tips to get me back on my food/back to being able to work hard at the gym? Or any reasons why I am feeling this way?

You said you’re two weeks in. Just take off slower. You’re still adjusting so why add the gym? Focus on the gym or fasting first. Give that like 4-6 weeks to create a real routine and then add in the other process

Sounds like you need a break from all this, take at least one full cheat day. Fasting is a stressor in its self and its not meant to be done every day, forever. Your body will get tired and stressed out by it for sure.
