Love how simple you kept it. Honestly, that’s the only way to go, I’m convinced. Has to be easy enough and rewarding enough in the short term to be motivating, and has to be easy to remember what to do.
Nice! We’re the same height. I’m OMADing now, too–it’s just straightforward for me and the hunger isn’t bad now that I’ve gotten used to it. I’ve been walking to build up my lower body strength and fitness, I used to be a daily runner and want to get back to it so I’m concentrating on getting that going next month before I incorporate resistance training the month after. I used to lift regularly but fell off it after an injury. I’m down from 240 lbs to 227 as of today, having started on Aug 6th.
Yooo that’s awesome. We have like the EXACT same stats.
Whats your calories been? I know you’ve been doing just one big meal and then fruits and veggies so maybe u won’t know, but if you do please lmk
Super inspirational
That sounds exactly like what I’m doing and for me it has been the lowest resistance of any lifestyle change i’ve tried so far and it’s working well for me.
Congrats on your success! Hopefully I”ll be in the 100 club in a few months with ya!
I like OMAD too but like everything else I have trouble sticking to it.
I do it for a few weeks then… stop
I don’t know what the hell is wrong with me
100 pounds is an amazing accomplishment. Congratulations. I have your starting weight 😢
Nice! You motivate me to do one meal a day. It will be a little hard with the hunger pangs but I will do it because I am obese I need to lose weight or else I will have health problems. I will keep my goal in mind and eat one meal a day. I am 5’7 and so far went from 223 lbs to 206 lbs in 3 months so I lost 17 lbs so far in 3 months. My goal is 140 lbs to 150 lbs to have a good BMI or maybe even 120 lbs to 130 lbs to become cut and show my muscles more. I will be consistent with the one meal. Thanks a lot you motivated me a lot! I have to lose 56 lbs to 86 lbs I hope I can do that in 7 months!
how do you feel full? i’ve been doing one meal a day for years and it’s hard for me to not eat like a horse when i’m working out consistently. would love to know more about the diet.
great job by the way, keep it up!
