You got this! When it comes to backsliding of any kind (wait regain, smoking, falling off your exercise routine) I always remind friends and family that you just begin again. Unless you have a time machine that’s the only choice besides giving up.
Like other posters said, see if you can figure out things you can do differently this time around during “maintenance”.
The one thing I’d suggest you absolutely don’t do is spend any more time beating yourself up over it.
