So, I've made it a week! Yay! I think I'll keep going! Maybe shoot for 31 days?! I feel great my blood sugar and ketone numbers are optimal and I've lost 17 lbs in the 7 days! I kinda can't believe I've shown that I have this level of self-control and discipline! š

Hey Iām 48 hours In and want to keep going but Iām feeling fatigued and freezing with blood sugar of 3.7 mmol does this get easier? Iām so cold and want to hide in blankies lol. Iām taking potassium, sodium, and magnesium. Are you supplementing anything? Thanks!
