What are your goals? 160lbs at 6’1….you still have tons of room to grow. So assuming your goals are size/strength related then cutting shouldn’t even be on your mind now. 15% is still very healthy. As the other commenter said I’d stop bulking so hard and make it a lean bulk. 1-2lbs is good to aim for. Do that for a long time until you reach 20% or so. And that point you can then do a small cut for 1-2 months or so and repeat the process
I’m about 5-6in shorter than you, 20lbs heavier and 10-12%bf. And back in December I was 200lbs close to 20%. My point is, I’ve been lifting 11 years and it took me that long to build my size at my height. You gotta be in this for the long run and think long term. The more time you spend cutting or maintaining the longer it’ll take to gain LBM. So you’re certainly not gonna ‘maingain’ your way to building 20lbs more of muscle. You’re gonna have to accept you’ll gain a little bodyfat along the way. You certainly don’t have to get fat. But you can’t be ‘shredded’ year round AND build muscle unless you plan on using drugs to make that happen. Which I don’t recommend of course
