Gazpacho (3 servings)
Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate (optional). Serve with bread
This is probably not what you want but I’ll share a pizza recipe I enjoy a lot with you.
150g of whole wheat spelt flour150g of all purpose flout1 pack of dry yeast4g of salt Mix it all together
Add 150 ml of warm water and mix by hand until it no longer sticks, if it gets to tough add a bit more water until the bowl has no more flour that’s not mixed it already. Add a a table spoon of olive oil and mix that in as well. Form a ball
Cover and let it sit for around an hour.
Knead it shortly, flatten the ball by hand, place on baking paper and roll it out as thin as you comfortably can.
Mix sieved tomatoes with herbs and garlic spread over rolled out dough, leave out edges.
Then you can put whatever you want on it and bake it for 13-15 minutes on 200 degrees celsius. Don’t overload it, and I think it’s better when you use a modest amount of cheese.
Serves two to three people.
