Minimum Intake to now break IF+

I (F30) am getting back into IF after struggling with gaining on new anti-anxiety meds. I love working out in the morning so I was wondering if anyone had any insight into if it would break the fast. I tried Google, but there were variations in what was acceptable. I take pre-workout and drink BCAAs for my work out, I don't really do protein after that. There are no sugars and carbs in the pre-workout, but there are 10g of carbs in the BCAAs. Would that really break my fast?

Why don’t you work out fasted? I do 16:8 / 18:6, generally starting my fast around 8pm. I work out in the morning (mid to late) and don’t need any pre workout supplement or anything. It usually accelerates me into the fat burning zone too!
