Monkfruit

I’ve heard a lot about MonkFruit. Does anyone have any experience with it. Would it be worth trying? I love to bake and would like to try to have an alternative to sugar. Thanks!

I use monkfruit in everything and I love it! It is pretty much 1:1 to sugar when baking or in tea or coffee. It doesn’t have any aftertaste. I highly recommend ChocZero chocolate which is made with monkfruit. You can order it from Amazon but I prefer ordering directly from their website. Guilt free deliciousness. The peanut butter cups are so good.

I use it. It’s a bit expensive, but be sure to get 100% monk fruit. Some of them have dextrose as an additive.

ETA: If you are going to use it in coffee or tea (Not during your fast, obviously) make sure you let it dissolve for a few minutes - no aftertaste that way.
