More than what I desired

I've been a faster in my past in many ways, IF, long fasts, a few small dry ones but now that I'm on a 71/1 fast, I literally don't even blink an eye when I miss the day I shpuld break my fast. Food sounds great and tastes really good but it's like I don't even need it (which is obviously not true and can be dangerous) has anyone else gotten either so good at fasting they aren't bothered by it almost at all or had this happen? I'm 6'3 233lbs and I've already lost 27lbs in three weeks, but it's hard to eat my daily allotted food when I can only eat a pound or two of meat if that.

I hear you, Keto+IF caused this for me sometimes, but it only lasted a few weeks at a time, so I would not worry. But if you do, just introduce some easily digestible carbs to reignite your hunger. (Tomato paste into sauces, has been a favorite of mine lately. Practical and cheap.)

I have the same beginning stats as you! I’m quite comfortable with OMAD now and it’s something I can see myself doing as a lifestyle, however, I really wanna try rolling 48’s and 72’s but my only concern is maintenance because I hear stories about people gaining all of it back. Have you done 71/1 before and if you have, was maintenance afterwards difficult? and how many calories do you eat in the 1 hour window if you don’t mind me asking?
