Nothing beats eggs as a complete food
It has almost all vitamins and minerals, every essential amino acid and a perfect mix of fats and proteins (which are 100% bio-available)
And they’re really cheap too!
Anything else you want to add is also fine. You can keep it simple.
I have not consumed anything but a tbsp of butter with my black morning coffee for the past 5 days and cut 11 lbs. Today I refeed with 2 meals.
Meal 1: 2.5 lbs of ground beef and cheese Meal 2: 1.5 lbs of ground beef with lettuce salsa and sour cream, 1 lb of chuck eye steaks.
