I haven’t fasted in a month & I’m finding it really hard to do Bc of my depression… I really would like to just make it to 24 hrs :) and will likely extend up to 72hrs if I am mentally able.
Who’s in? Morale support is much needed.

Ease your way into it. Fasting doesn’t need to be a penance, it can be enjoyable and quite a bit of a morale booster as you put mind over matter.
If it feels hard start by cleaning your diet and eating your 3 a day with 0 snacking. Next continue that and plan on skipping breakfast here and there. After that do your 24-hour fast.
