Moving on

Just a lil over a month on snakediet and lost 25+ Lbs. Moving into nutritional drink based one now but for everyone looking to try this out just go for it, don't feel like you have to stick out the whole 3 months as this was never meant to be used long-term. Going into my new foods I have to get out of ketosis and avoid refeeding syndrome, how I'm doing it is using watermelon as its high in carbs and low calories so I can easily use it to scale them up. I'll probably stick around the sub to watch other people's journeys and answer questions but goodluck fatties you can do it.

Drink based diets are very very stupid. Learn how to cook and start making your own healthy meals. If you have to, get some healthy catering. But don’t rely on drinks, which are underpowered in terms of quality protein and micronutrients, but don’t give you the feeling of fullness a low calorie chicken salad would.
