She was so cute I forgot about my fast. I’m so close to hour 18 - I’m just going to pretend this never happened.

Depends on exactly what your goal is but realistically you maintain a majority of the benefits. Due to the natural sugar you will loose a little bit. However, well done either way, it takes a lot of discipline. A majority of people won’t even try fasting.

Honestly the metabolic effects from a small amount of blue berries will be minimal in the long run. You did the right things just acting like it didnt happen rather than defeating yourself.

Just fast again when you are ready, you arent ruining anything.
