I'm on Day 3. I'm 25 I've never had a hot flash in my life. I woke up from an afternoon nap because I felt like I might throw up, got up and sat down and breathed slowly, then hot flash happened, not localized but all over, back and legs immediately sweaty had to take off my sweats, lasted for about 30 seconds. After that, I felt fine, just tired.
Deficiencies, I'm thinking potassium as I don't remember that last time I ate a banana. Also there's no sun here so I take vitamin D but my levels are up and down because i only remember to take them for a few days until i forget to again. Glucose is 100 ketones are 0.5.
I'm thinking maybe a fat cell got burned off and released some toxin with it? Any other theories?
