I can’t tell you exactly how much your body will lose no one can. I can’t talk about reefed as my health issues don’t allow me to really eat anything you mentioned (love pickles though!). But dry fasting I lose a lot of weight starting off sometimes 5-6 pounds but normally around 2-4 depending on my workout and diet prior. Then I’ll sit around 1.5-2 everyday eventually I’ll probably hit 1.5 steady. I have an extremely high metabolism compared to a majority of people however I am also quite small compared to most people here so take that how you will.
I accidentally lost around 25 pounds in 11ish days alternating dry and wet. I don’t dry fast for weight loss and I would have stopped a lot sooner if I knew I dropped weight that quickly. Sometimes your body just sheds weight other items it won’t, especially if your a women.
72 hour rolling dry fasts is quite stressful on the body and mind. Do you think it’s reasonable? I think if you moved it down to once a week it might be easier, but your call. You can also switch between water and dry if that’s easier, or do 1 day dry followed by 2 days of water, etc.
