Hey all,
I feel good but time has slowed a lot. I have debilitating hyperacusis and tinnitus so even going outside is risky for my sensitive fucking ears. If I could go frolic at the beach for a few hours, bathing in the ocean, that would make this so much easier. But I can't lol.
However, I sense that deep healing is around the corner. I am confident I can make it at least 9 days but I really suspect that a revolution will happen around day 12.
Anyway -- trying not to think too far ahead. Just gotta bring that insane mind back to the moment, you know?
Any motivation for me? Anybody here healed tinnitus or hyperacusis through a long DF? What other diseases/injuries did you heal through a long DF? I'm trying to heal a nagging knee and shoulder injury as well. Not to mention asthma and astigmatism and possibly a histamine intolerance lol.
Drop your success stories to keep me going! Thanks!
Day 7
Current weight: 172 lbs (down 20 pounds)
Goal: Heal hyperacusis and tinnitus at least 50 percent. Will do multiple long dry fasts if necessary. Am considering even a long water fast after a dry fast.
Mood: Peaceful and stable but time is sloowwwwwww
Answer
Not an expert on dry fasting, 5 years of experience with Keto and IF. I would recommend you stop and do multiple dry fastings. Doing something you’re comfortable with would benefit you more as one’s psychology affects the brain via hormones. From reading here and there I estimate that you are already in a deep healing state. You better do multiple prolonged fastings and keep your diet/sleep tight between them.

If you still want motivation to continue, watch fasting before and after success videos, touch ur stomach and feel how much fat you have lost indicating how healthier ur organs are now with much less toxicity.

I have a strong issue with sounds and sensitivity to sounds and fasting does make it more noticeable. Have you tried (and I know this sounds silly) but earplugs? They help me so much sometimes.
I hope that helps. Best of all, congratulations on your success and progress! Amazing job!
