During my fasting time (7pm to 11am) I have coffee with half and half but no sugar. IDGAF. I hate black coffee, and one of my joys in life is a good cup of coffee every morning. I don’t put sugar in it. I really doubt it has that much impact because I’ve already lost 6+ pounds since thanksgiving and my clothes are a little looser. I also do cardio and keep to 1200 calories a day. I doubt the fasting is what is causing the weight loss - is the schedule. Because of it, I don’t drink alcohol before bed like I used to, and it’s far easier to keep to 1200 calories with just 2 meals a day
