So I'm trying to lose 60 to 80 pounds. I've tried keto (did good when I got off it and kept it off until a depression episode that last two months) I hated it though.
So I was looking at IF so I got 2 question is after losing the weight how likely am I to keep the weight off.
I'm going to try and change food habits and exercise (best I can I'm a truck driver) while on the diet and slowly back off (back to a more traditional schedule but just enough calories to maintain my weight) after I hit my goal weight .
Since I change timezones should I schedule my eating periods around one timezones? Since changing where I'm at would change when I eat technically

Honestly, whatever is going be easiest. The body will take a few days or more but will eventually recognize the new eating window you will instigate. Try to find a time window that helps you maintain an opportunity for your “last meal” before going into your 16 hr + fast.
