Generally speaking IF means no calories. And since creamers have calories, that would make that part of your coffee a no-go for IF.
Artificial sweeteners are a personal choice. I’m personally not a fan, but you shouldn’t have any issue with them for weigh loss.
So if you’re adding in creamer that would be a dirty fast. If you’re fasting for weight loss, you should be fine. You’ll probably get some glares from some folks here, but results are what matters.
