That’s what I love about fasting. You can do whatever works for you time wise. I was never much of a morning eater so 12-8 works great for me. Though most days I try and shorten that up to 1-7 so I fast for 18 hours. If you need to eat in the morning then you could do that have an earlier dinner and that works too. I’m male and the same height as you. I started at 217 about a year ago and am down to 180. Want to lose 10 more. I really find it great it doesn’t even feel like your dieting it just works for me. And you don’t even miss the cream in your coffee after a couple weeks 😂
Pick an eating window that works with your schedule. Mine is 3pm -7pm, but I started with noon-8pm. Increase your water intake and up your proteins & healthy fats ( helps with hunger while your fasting the next day). If you get light headed, fatigued or get headaches, you might want to take the electrolyte fasting capsules (most keto electrolytes will break your fast as they have zero calorie sweeteners & flavors).
