So... I'm kind of sick of where my physique is nowadays, as well as my eating habits. I've always wanted to be acquainted to what's underneath the fat on my body and quite frankly my face doesn't look that good with the double chin and nasty skin in result to living off crap. My mental health isn't great either and I've been in a terrible relationship with accepting how I look since as far as I can remember. I need this change.
I've tried doing diets and exercise the past three years, I've got as far as 155lbs and I'm always relapsing back to eating crap and I just want to exorcise the demon if that makes sense. I'm hoping a 14 day water fast can put me at a reset and in some ways kick start a journey to looking my best, providing aswell all the benefits of autophagy and cleansing the awfulness I've built up inside me.
I was wondering if someone could provide me with some advice as to how I could go about this fast (both during and after when breaking) as I am a fussy eater, not quite informed on nutrients and I am looking to go into a chicken/brocalli diet with a daily Huel drink to provide a bit of everything I may be missing, as I work in a call centre doing long hours aswell as two hours of commuting. This doesn't give me much time to do meal preparation.
I'll appreciate any words of constructive advice and feedback towards my current plan of how to go about this, thank you :)

Try One Meal A Day for a week. Starting the second week, skip one of those meals, and try an Alternate Day Fast. Go back to OMAD for the rest of the week. Week 3, try a 3 day fast, then revert to OMAD. The cool thing is you can add a few days of fasting up over time by doing this. Another cool thing is you build up your ability to tolerate the fasting experience. Given your height and weight you don’t need to fast a many days over time. Good luck!
