Newbie here

M20,H=178 cm , CW= 242 lbs GW=187 I am new to the fasting scene and I’m starting with the rolling 48’s .I just had a few questions and was hoping someone could help me out . Today is the first day of my first 48 i want to stay in keto with it . What should i eat for re feeds and how much calories ? And how much weight can I shred in 2 months if I stay consistent and try not to get off the track.

Have keto low carb refeeds. No sugar, no proceed foods, no alcohol, just moderate protein and veggies (e.g. bacon/eggs/veggies). Eat in the morning. Dont worry so much about the calories but don’t go overboard either. Dont focus on how much weight and when you will get rid of it. I can tell you, in just 1 week of fasting you will sleep better, feel better, skin will become more clear, you will breathe better and your mood will be overall better. Those should be your goals, improving your health.
