Have keto low carb refeeds. No sugar, no proceed foods, no alcohol, just moderate protein and veggies (e.g. bacon/eggs/veggies). Eat in the morning. Dont worry so much about the calories but don’t go overboard either. Dont focus on how much weight and when you will get rid of it. I can tell you, in just 1 week of fasting you will sleep better, feel better, skin will become more clear, you will breathe better and your mood will be overall better. Those should be your goals, improving your health.
