Hello everyone. I have been fasting 18:6 for about a month now. I need to loose about 70 pounds to reach my goal weight.
I fast clean and try to break my fast at noon. I usually break my fast with an apple and a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter. If I am still hungry I will eat a protein bar or a small single serve size Greek yogurt. Sometimes I will have a bowl of Cheerios and almond milk in place of the yogurt.
I go back to work at 1:00 and don’t eat again until dinner around 5:00. Then back to fasting. I might drink a cup of hot tea but otherwise I am fine until the next day at lunch. I’m trying to drink at least a half gallon of water. I know I need to drink more.
Is this considered OMAD? My other question is am I doing this right? Is there anything I can improve? I try my best to exercise a little every day, I have a sedentary job. I haven’t lost any weight yet. Very little inches. I’m measuring with a pair of jeans I want to get into. I am also very insulin resistant and have PCOS. Thanks in advance for any advice.

No, it’s not considered OMAD. You’re breaking you fast at 12 when you eat and apple and peanut butter. But if you eat between 12-6 only every day that’s a solid IF window.
At the end of the day it still calories in vs calories out. If you haven’t lost anything in a month you may need to start counting calories
