Once again (can’t remember which episode, but its come up a few times)I’ve heard mind pump talk about this. Beets are The Best all natural nitric oxid booster. That being said of your dehydrated, haven’t had carbs in a few hrs before lifting or lack sodium those can have negative effects on the pump.
I have read recently that NO2 is not the supplement that it has been purported to be. Please educate yourself as this supplement is linked to cancer and feeding cancer. As well, it doesn’t carry oxygen like we’re lead to believe. I can recommend a couple books with statistics and documented research.
