No more disclaimers

Y’all need to give yourself credit where credit is due ! I see so many of you rock stars sharing your success stories with disclaimers and caveats like… “Lost 20 but I’m sure it’s mostly water weight.” “I lost 50 and I’m happy but I’m not where I want to be “ “Lost 30 and I’m sure it’s all water and will put half back on when I refeed.” My point is I would love for you all to celebrate these huge wins without disclaimers and appreciate and enjoy your wins! You can’t get to the next level in your weight loss goals by beating yourself up along the entire way! Be kind to yourself and the way you’re talking to yourself about yourself to you and to others. You don’t want to gossip about yourself to others and stab yourself in the back! Hth 💕

Answer

Plenty of people that are looking to lose weight are self-conscious about their bodyweight and they beat themselves up. I’ve recently seen a post of someone that looked great after her weight loss but is still looking to lose weight, to the point of being unhealthy.

They don’t have a healthy relationship with themselves and their body.

I like your attitude, but it is extremely important to understand the limitations of fasting. In my experience, one of the most common mistakes is people thinking that they lost “true” weight, and then getting extremely disappointed when the weight comes all back.
