Nothing helps with dizziness/headaches

Up front: I’ve read all the sidebars and FAQs. I’m doing 16:8 for the last 3 weeks. I have no issues with the length of the fast from a hunger perspective. However, I have experienced a lot of physical symptoms in my fasting window since day one that have not improved - headaches, ear popping/feeling a fullness in my ear, light headed, somewhat dizzy. I’ve been drinking tons of water - 80oz or so from the time I wake up until I break my fast (7am-11am). I also add some keto chow electrolyte drops to every glass. Yet still, the symptoms persist. And even after I break my fast they linger for a few more hours. I’m seeing awesome initial progress - down 6lbs already - and don’t want to give it up. But honestly these symptoms are making it miserable and hard to focus at work. Anyone else gone through this? Any other things I should be trying?

I conclude that you need a little more information.

take three days off, like a weekend. If you eat breakfast and then this series of symptoms goes away, then you can be assured that your body is refusing the schedule you’ve put it on.

At that point, you can either adjust the schedule (do 9a-5p, or even a 10 hour eating window) to better suit your needs.

But make sure this isn’t something unrelated. Ear popping seems really unrelated to hunger cues, as a for instance.
