OMAD calorie intake

I find it hard to get all my calories in 1 meal. So lately i have been using full fat products to get the calories up. Full fat milk, 10% yoghurt. Is it bad to use these products because of the high saturated fat? Or what are some better alternatives?

Answer

For fats, choose:

Unprocessed or minimally processed

Not overheated/burnt/smoking

No hydrogenation

Low in Omega 6 fats

Traditional sources

As far as I can see, dairy fats are good. I’ve been eating more saturated fats for a while and my skin seems to be better for it, so no ill effects there. The unhealthy fats as far as I can see are vegetable oil and margarine. There is a divide where some people think the exact opposite and say those ones are healthy. It’s up to you to choose which fats you consider to be healthy.

Answer

Saturated fat is not harmful in any way. What were people eating for…ever before canola oil was deemed fit for humans to eat along with it being an engine lubricant?

Saturated fat.

Eat butter, lard, tallow, ghee. Your body will thank you for it

Answer

No fat is good. This is the way.

Maybe I am going too far, but I stopped using olive oil and avocado because I worry about the omega 6. I know research found those oils to be super healthy, but compared to what, is my question. (A randomized control group would consume oils much higher in omega 6.) I still use olive oil for my skin. Best skin product I ever tried, to be honest.
