Find what feels best for you. There’s lots of ways to tackle the problem. You can also do things like rolling 48s/OMADs so you’re fed for exercise but fasting on rest days. You need to find what’s sustainable for you. What can you see yourself doing in 3 months. A year. Etc

And it might not end up looking “simple” as you experiment. My schedule evolved into \~35 OMAD keto into 5 day fast into \~2-3 days KETO refeed (multimeals) into 2-3 dats OMAD keto into \~5 days OMAD whole food into 1-2 days completely free feeding. Averaging about a 20 days cycle

I lose roughly 10lbs a month on this approach but most importantly, it feels “right” and “good” for me. The only resistance I really have is after the day or two of free feeding. The discipline to go back into OMAD is the pain point (however keto is deeply satisfying so after that first meal, I’m fine again). Find the approach that makes you feel good about everything
