I completed a 19 day fast ....Im 5 '4 ...starting weight was 208.6.....after. 19 days I was 194 lbs ....then I did a 2 week refeed ....green juice protein shakes fruit eggs cheese lettuce meat ....I now weigh 190 lbs .....my goal weight is 140 ....but changing my diet away from carbs n sugar seems to be working to slowly lose weight along with keeping my total known calories under 1000 (mostly liquid calories ...cream in my coffee green juice protein shakes n a protein n fruit or veg ....Just thought I'd share my progress (have done previous 21 n 14 day fasts but failed to change how I eat n it all came back with in a year)

First, be proud of such a long fast!
I did 7.5 days once, and thought I was going to die.
Question: Why did you only lose 14.6 pounds? I’m still learning about fasting, and thought you would have lost much more weight from 19 days of not eating.
