Ozempic and fasting

I’ve already been prescribed and had my first injection of Ozempic so no haters please - it’s too late! This was a private prescription as an investment in my health, I am around 27 BMI. I would like to get some insight on the impact of Ozempic on fasting. I’m 2 days in and my appetite is already very low. I feel like I could easily do a 48/72 hour fast but I’m wondering if I will still get the same benefits of fasting while on the drug. I have previously done 5 day fasts and would consider doing it again but I’d like to know if Ozempic would have an impact on the physical aspects, even if it’s safe to do this. (If it’s concerning I’ll ask my dr on my next monthly check up! I mentioned IF giving the example of recent time restricted eating I’ve done and he said that was fine).
