My vision is the same as last year and normally I need a new prescription each year as my eye sight gets worse.
Only thing I noticed immediately was I able to see and drive at night. Been about 8 or 9 years my astigmatism has prevented me from driving at night. My eye doctor confirmed my astigmatism is better than last year.
It’s always very noticeable after at least 24-48 hour fasts. I do OMAD for the most part tho.
