Plan to 190

Hello everyone, I am 19 5’10 Male weighing at 240 pounds. My goal is to be 190 by April 1st. I was thinking on doing rolling 48s and small re feeds of about 500 calories. I also am very active and go to the gym everyday. Is this a good plan and do you think I will reach my goal? Please let me know if you have any suggestions below. Thank you!

If you’re fat why do you need to eat? After 24 hours when you’re in full blown ketosis you’re in full on fat burning mode, why waste that? Do rolling 7’s and save the 48s till you’re leaner. The more times you eat in a week the more chances to mess up, the more times you can get kicked out of ketosis, and the harder the adherence. Get ripped, at 5’10 your looking at 180 minimum to be 8%, save 48s till you’re 190.
